Aspire™ profits will cycle back into the community through Challenge, an Ithaca nonprofit which provides job training, placement, and long-term supports to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Challenge has been supporting those with prior incarceration, addiction, probation, parole, disabilities, and other barriers to employment for decades and helps over 700 individuals annually to find meaningful employment. Taking inspiration and guidance from the mission and vision of Challenge, the Aspire™ dispensary will bring further job opportunities to people with barriers to employment.
