"We are iTHaCa Cultivated. We are the only Licenced Cultivators actually located in Ithaca NY.
We run a Green House Operation with only Soil Amendments, meaning no fertilizer other then our own brew every touches our products, no chemical fertilizers whatsoever.
We are a female-owned Business that prides ourselves on our experience and product honesty, meaning we don’t kief any of our products prior to testing... we pride ourselves on return business because we deliver a clean and potent product.
Every one of our Growers and our owner has decades of experience in the field and an appreciation for both its history and where it can grow (pardon the pun)."
Hipcrop
"Hipcrop is located in Brooktondale, NY, just 7 miles outside of Ithaca. I (Head Grower and Owner Mary Lisa Strassheim) came to Ithaca in 1984 to attend Cornell. I guess I have always been a bit of a cannabis snob... As a scientist, I began to research cannabis which led me to a surprising new path of personal healing and learning. I jumped at the chance to obtain my adult use marijuana cultivators license after farming CBD for 2 years. It's hard to believe I am growing seedlings again and getting ready to plant an acre of my second legal crop of marijuana now for Hipcrop.
The mission of Hipcrop is to produce healthy and nutritious organic and vegan marijuana products and to establish our brand locally. Hipcrop specializes in small batch boutique hand harvested and trimmed smokeable flower as well as effective gummies. Our proprietary harvesting and long slow curing methods result in full terpene expression, a smooth and tasty smoke and a myriad of health benefits. The gummies are very special and are made from full flower resulting in the only full spectrum product of its kind, AND they are vegan and organic."
Ithaca Organics
"Ithaca Organics has fields and greenhouses in Dryden and Freeville. We grow in native Tompkins County terroir and you can find us at the Ithaca Farmers Market. We're a team of six ridiculously hard-working folks covering all of our growing, processing, and sales.
Ithaca Organics family farm has been growing certified-organic food and hemp for the Tompkins County community for decades. Our name comes from what we do and who we do it for - originally selling food only at the Ithaca Farmers' Market before starting our CSA. Growing organic products for our community has been our passion and purpose since day one. In the same spirit, and with the same methods, we now grow small-batch, premium, cannabis imbued with the famed terroir of the NY Finger Lakes region.
Our family has been farming in Tompkins County for three generations. Preserving our farmland through organic and regenerative practices for the next three generations is integral to all we do. In the process, we want to provide our community with the highest quality local organic food, cannabis, and hemp. We work to get our products from the ground into our customers' hands with minimal packaging, processing, and transportation."
